When you design your site, assume visitors don?t know anything about you or why you?re special. Be sure to include a welcoming video. It should be short and to the point with a paragraph under it that summarizes the video. If you provide products and/or services, have a button for each and keep them up-to-date. Make sure your contact information is easy to access and that your bio is clear and concise.
